Little recomendation

Post by Akilak » 15.04.17 14:28:04

So, i propose make two more column with date from server (when was last update/create).

I am making little improvement of original scripts, making repair, fix with different linters (for example JShint, ESlint).
It is simple repair (missed semicolon, unreachable semicolon, improve jqurey, other) , may be i am crazy, but i do it.

So it will be more conveniently, find out which scripts are almost never updated, and concentrate on them.
The problem is that sometimes I use Webstorm to edit scripts. And I use the tools for export / import zip.
When you use such tools, a single column showing the update is not applicable.
So I ask that the author try to make an additional column, where it will be shown (download the date of creation from the main server of scripts), at least general servers greasyfork.org, userscripts-mirror.org.

also i use many scripts and it would be great to make some little instrument which will read script execution speed. It will be nice to make optimization. It can be tools in editor. I would like to see it in Tampermonkey.

It's quite some effort to implement this and it would stress the hosting servers additionally. Maybe the hosters can add a new tag to the meta information ([1] and [2]) so that TM can retrieve this information while it's doing the update check. Parsing this from a HTML page is not an option.

What exactly does "script execution speed" mean? The script runtime will already be printed to the console if "debug scripts" is enabled.

no - i would like that for example in editor of TM will be shown time by which are completing script.
it can be some place with green symbols. And this action can be produce when somebody push on button "abc" (check syntax error).
I use Russian, so in English it can be other name of button, but think you get it.

For example like it. Hope by picture you will understand me. Or make one more added button. For timer (check work script time). Sorry for by bad English :)
It is time of work script :). I think you can find many information in Internet. Also It is ready code :). You just can add button and place for timer.
It is Useful tool for optimization. Design of it can be your. But i would like to see it function.

Also recommend to make some instrument which finding and breaking (or warn) when coming memory leak.

Many scripts have this trouble and will be great optimize it and stop or making it influence little low.

For memory leaks i recommend to read this link. (and also you can find many other articles)

It is simple to find it. And i find memory leaks in TM (i think this is backwash of some bad scripts).
